LIVE BUTTERFLY RELEASE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be released within 2 days of pick-up
- Release outdoors only
- Release during daytime with plenty of sunlight
- Temperature must be above 60 degrees F
- Must not be raining, snowing, or too windy

Mass Release Box
We guarantee that the number of butterflies purchased will be alive for your event as long as they are cared for using our instructions and released within the recommended timeframe. We promise to replace any butterfly for free that did not survive after following our instructions. However, due to the nature of our business dealing living creatures, all live butterfly sales are final and returns will not be accepted for any reason.
